Courtney Green, the property manager, has been great! One of the reasons I’ve had two storage units at the facility in Centerton. She’s always been helpful if I need something and is always upbeat. Not something you would normally see or think of at a storage unit, but it has been super refreshing. Type of employee you want. Superior Storage you’ve got a good one. Would hold onto her!

I’ve talked with Daniel first a then a Jennifer and they were very helpful, had the size I need and the price is great! When my furniture is ready I will definitely use them. I had trouble at other places with them even answering the phone and got zero call back quotes. These ladies answered right away very helpful and professional. And I went to the Bethel Heights location to post but it changed it to Centerton and I don’t know why? I’m sure they are both great!

They were always helpful and up-to-date on any information pertaining to charges and procedures. I wasn't the biggest fan of the rent hikes over time, but that's mostly a reflection of needing it a lot longer than I should have or intended. Wonderful staff.
