These folks are great. Friendly, professional, and efficient. They weren't too busy, so they took me well ahead of my appointment time. It was unloaded and gone in about an hour or an hour and 15 minutes. The place is gated, so there's no overnight parking, but there is a Walmart about a half a mile away that you can park at. There are three buildings when you pull in. You're looking for building b, but all the way to the back to the left hand corner look for the sign high. On the wall it says Sunland. The driver's entrance is in the left corner. There's plenty of room to maneuver and back up a big truck. The docks are wide open.

Check in at Bldg A... on your far right.. and make sure you do not nap and pay attention when your truck stops shaking because they may not tell you they are finished. that was my only complaint. I guess I was there 1 hr extra. never noticed the truck wasn't rocking. Until they called my phone. otherwise nice place. If this post/pictures were helpful, please give me a thumbs up. DO NOT arrive more than 10 or 15 minutes before your appointment. They will come out and ask you to leave, there is a Walmart not too far away you can park in. They did unload my truck in 20 minutes

I checked in building A .i had appointment 9am .i was there 7.30am given dock right way and check out 8.10 am .fast and quick.u can try early before 3pm some time they can load u .no overnight parking.big docking area no issues for parking

Check in at building B. Ring bell ,wait, blue light on door flashes, go in. Check in. You will need photo of license front and back to upload. After Check in. You'll be assigned a dock at building A..open doors back in. They bring bols when they are done. Unsure of restroom situation here. Saw 2 port a potty near entrance..Good luck drivers. Stay safe.

I've been coming to this place for years, and ever since the new black lady at the front office started working here, the place has become a mess. We used to be able to get loaded before our appointment time, not anymore. Even if there are no other trucks on site, she will make you wait. She always has an attitude and yelled at a driver in front of me because he didn't hear the first time she gave him a door. I miss the white lady that was before her, always had a smile on her face and if the load was ready and no other trucks, she would load you right away.
