We have now been using Sugnistix's services for a year and I feel compelled to write a review of our experience.

-They have a number certifications in order to be able to service the food industry which translates directly into cleanliness. For my products, those certs don't matter in terms of regulations, but matter greatly for a safe and clean environment.

-Very knowledgeable regarding warehouse management. They have implemented EDI to make my life easier by directly communicating with my e-commerce platform. This automates the entire order to cash process and allows me and my team to concentrate on growing our business rather than order entry and processing.

-Extremely friendly staff with the best customer service I have ever encountered in my entire career managing supply chains. Always willing to lend a helping hand and provide a great level of service including value added operations such as co-packing and freight scheduling.

Since a year ago when we starting using their services, we have completed 2 high priority projects together: EDI implementation and ERP and WMS implementation. We are currently working on a new project to implement the use of RFID to better track material flow.

If you're a new driver this back is pretty tricky if you go straight in it'll be a blind side if you can back in from that straight that will definitely be easier overall a good experience
