Amazing customer service! Super friendly, very helpful in obtaining a unit. Also, the truck that they provide to allow you to move is super helpful and very reasonable to use. Overall, great experience, definitely recommend.

Facility is clean, well taken care of and meets all needs physically. My only probably is loyal longterm customers pay higher prices than new customers. I moved my items out of one unit to another unit the same size for a payment of $50 less per month. The new unit even has a motion sensor that my old unit did not have. I don't know why it's necessary to move out to get a better price.

I have not been the easiest customer to deal with because of my indecisiveness on what size unit and when I want to move into it and all the questions I have had I must say the customer service that has been shown to me is top of the line Miss Susie has been so professional and patient and kind answered all my questions I had a very bad experience with another company so I've been very picky when looking for another storage company to use dealing with Miss Susie has really put my mind at ease I truly feel like Summit storage truly cares about making their customers have the best experience they can

Friendly & Knowledgeable Staff (Love Ms. Cathy!). Pleasant experience beginning to end. Facility is super clean, great security, and easily accessible to the main thoroughfare (I-20 Expressway & Riverwatch Parkway) at Exit #1. We've tried other self-storage places over the years and there is no doubt that Summit Self-Storage is by far the best. If I have storage needs again---my wife and I will be back as military veterans.
