Went in for made to measure suit and Elliot made the process super easy! He helped suggest fabrics and styles that would be great for me to use in various occasions. Once the suit came in i needed one minor alteration that they took care of in 30 minutes. Could not recommend enough, 10/10 Elliott crushed it.

I am an 18 year old with very little knowledge when it comes to suits. I went into Suitsupply looking for a suit for prom. I had been to other stores initially but each suit I tried on just didn’t fit and it felt like the employees were just trying to make a sale regardless if the suit fit or not. When I went to Suitsupply, I had made an appointment and was quickly matched with one of their employees named Elliot Gibson. Elliot impressed me with all elements of his customer service. He was quick, thorough, and eager to teach me about suits and their unique styles. Ultimately I left Suitsupply glad to have a suit that fits perfectly and also to have met Elliot who I would greatly recommend. I am confident that I will return to Suitsupply again and still be amazed at their services.

Worst experience with my wife. We walked in and checked in they told us about 30 minute wait time. We waited more than 1 hour. What bothered us the most is that other people that checked in before us were seen. We were the last people in the lobby until finally seen. We felt judged and embarrassed because we were a young couple of color. You will get judged and pushed back in queue of the waiting line. We noticed people who checked in after me were seen less than 20 minutes. We were there to buy and spend all we needed is proper service and hospitality. When finally being seen we were given a sales guy that was not enthusiastic and helpful, we are observed other sales men in there. They were asking the proper question and showing options. I felt like I had to sale myself on the viewings of suits. I’ve purchased suits before so I told the salesmen my size just for him to give me the wrong size and then blame the fact someone misplaced it. My wife looked and me and felt embarrassed for me. He then said he will look in his back stock, we were left in the lobby again for 20 minutes. When he finally came back out we told him we have to go. Even himself knew how his service was. We finally decided to leave. We drove 2 hours away! Keep in mind I just recommended multiple people to this place for weddings and occasions. I felt judged by this place the moment I walked in, it’s very disappointing because Suitsupply has always been my option. Will never set a foot here again. I wish I can put the salesman name on here but there wasn’t even a proper introduction.

Keep in mind we walked in there with a purpose. Knew my size to not waste more times. I wanted to buy multiple suits. But when you are spending $$$ but proper service defines where you spend. I also messaged the company before leaving to try to accommodate my experience and offer a second chance. They didn’t bother to respond back. We did not require any special treatment. If anyone would experience what we did they will agree to how they made us feel.

I had an amazing time with Zavier. He took his time and really provided excellent service. I didn’t feel rushed at all and he answered each question or concern with tact and respect. He is exactly what you want when getting a suit or tuxedo. He did not get tired after helping both myself and my father. Extremely unprofessional mannerisms from your employee GARRETT. He looked at us, the customers, as lower than him in status because we do not dress to his expectations. We bought two full suits that cost $2963 total at this store as paying customers, we assume to be treated with respect which we did not get from this Garrett guy in Century city mall Suitsupply. We were completely nice and asking advice on what to get for a suit and treating this man with respect and dignity and trying to be friendly with him. Until the bride and my fiance were joking around with the groom asking “Why don’t we dress up more like the mannequins in the store?” And Garret underneath his breath said “because of money” he is extremely lucky I was in the fitting room during this interaction because someone who works at the mall selling suits should not be commenting on other people’s financial status of a PAYING CUSTOMER. How dare your employee say such disgusting comments to my friends especially while I’m not in the presence. Is this the type of brand your company is trying to build? Just because we don’t walk in suit and tie, your workers think they can judge us on socioeconomic status? Completely disgusting and disrespectful. You have no idea who we are and what we do. The suits themselves were great quality but the staff there clearly lack quality themselves as humans. I hope Garrett decides to look himself and his lifestyle in the mirror and humble himself.
