Truck entrance is at traffic light at NE 242nd Drive (NE Hogan Dr) and NE 38th Drive. For Shipping office you'll go around the "U" and you'll see it immediately on the left side of building by regular car parking. Big white blue sign above gray door. You go into office and check in at Kiosk machine, then use hand radio on table to call Shipping. For me they immediately assigned me a dock, then had me loaded and on my way in about 90 minutes. Not too bad really. Staff were very professional and efficient. No overnight parking. Gates locked at night.

Check in is by all those employee cars pull to the side and fare enough forward in case another truck pulls up to check in then follow the driveway all the way around to your dock. Fast loading very polite. This was my 3rd time there hope for more in the future.

Pretty straight forward customer to work with, go to shipping window, page, wait, drop trailer at available/assigned door (next to trailer to pickup), hook up to loaded trailer, pull it out enough to close doors, sign paperwork at dock door and seal, and you're good to go.

Staff here very helpful and polite. Nice new warehouse with lots of room for automotive parts. Drivers' area also has a restroom available. Signage for trucks is clear, and directs all traffic to the right at entry and around the one way lot. Driver's entry to shipping office outside of fenced dock area (near drive entrance), but other than that everything was very easy to see and navigate.

Recommend drivers stop near the trailer they are supposed to pickup and walk to Drivers' door so they don't have to drive back around the building.

I give this place a zero. They need to be investigated. It's a slave factory for the temp employee's and smooth sailing for those who speak Spanish and work in the Subaru section. Ninety percent are Hispanic. Very prejudice!

Nice warehouse, very helpful understanding employees except for Mike, receiving supervisor. I was very diligent and hardworking and after no verbal or written warning I was suddenly let go. Very unprofessional!

1 star becuase no clue if this a parts dist.center with tons of room for parts.. Why the do i have to order parts And await for it to ship from flippen Tacoma Washington ? i just live down the road from here.. Think I'll just have to pop on in an have a chat.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
