As the date of my property listing grew near, I was seeking an alternative to storing packed items in my garage. StorQuest Express Copperopolis, CA provided the right the solution for my needs at a very reasonable price. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Easy to sign up, facilities are somewhat clean, but it is difficult to contact ANY employee!

Upon registering online, I ventured out to my unit for the first time. Upon opening my unit there was small pieces of garbage (paper/plastic wrap) as well as 10-15 loose screws all around the floor of the locker. When I tried to leave the facility, the gate would not authorize any form of key code (which hasn't been provided) nor did the Call for Service button bring out any attendant. I had to wait approximately 20mins until someone else left and I piggybacked out of their access.

I've paid for three months and I will be closing my account immediately and am not using it in the interim.

Any time I have tried to call the #(209) 739-4450, it rings once, prompts a recorded message, and hangs up. There is no voice message service. Also, during the aforementioned time I was locked behind the gate, I had called and emailed out. Over 30days later, I have not receieved any follow up to my concerns.

It's one of the few locations with temp. control, but the poor customer service absolutely soured my desired to continue paying for a locker here. Definitely will not recommend this place, ever.
