The conditions of the storage unit have been unacceptable. Because the vent/skylight is completely uncovered, the unit is regularly filled with dust, dirt, leaves and pine needles. There are also multiple spiders and their spiderwebs on my furnishing as well as cockroaches. My video of the cockroach running out and the clouds of dust I swept out are apparently the wrong format to post here.

My email about the conditions was ignored. When I went into the office to complain, Natalie admitted she had seen my email. She also said that "all units on that side of the facility have this problem." I was offered $25.00 off my next months rent (which has increased three times in 9 months) if I would keep renting from them.

Be warned.

I moved out of the Sacramento area in 2019 Natalie the manager is fantastic
she gets a 10 out of 10. She was able to find keys that were left for me by the previous manager we were able to switch over the out-of-state address to the paperwork which was fantastic and she allowed me to put one person on here in Sacramento who can go to my storage unit. Once again Natalie gets a 10 out of 10
