Return renter. Daughter goes to college in Paragould and we live in Texas so originally didn't want to bring everything home (800+ miles) when it could be easily stored 0.5 mile from school. They make it easy to rent from a far and can be done online. Friendly service, convenient, clean, and secure.

Overpriced and not well maintained. For the price they should pave the pathways or at least level and fill the holes and clean up the leaves.

When you rent from Stormark, they start you out at $54 a month. Without informing you, they raise the rent when they feel like it $15 a month. But they’re still showing the same storage room I have for $54 a month!

I have been renting a space at the Kingshighway location in Paragould since October and just recently called to discuss my bill. I was asking about the difference in the amount charged and the amount on my contract. Deidra went out of her way to research what had happened and called me to let me know what happened. It was an oversight on my part, but she took the time to make sure I knew what the charge was and that I was satisfied with my experience. I appreciate her going out of her way to take care of me!

My experience with KO storage in Kings Mountain has been excellent. The units are clean and the staff has been very helpful. I spoke with Maibel today and she was very pleasant and was able to help me close out two units and rent a larger unit.

I looked at the website and then called KO Storage about renting a unit in Paragould. Maibel answered all my questions and gave excellent information on what was available and what I needed to do to rent a unit online. Very helpful definitely 5 star service, on the phone and also at the facility
