I recently had the opportunity to work with Courtney and Keli on changing from one incredible StoreEase unit in Helena to another one in Hoover. Both ladies were professional and worked to make the transition smooth and seamless. The customer service I received from Courtney and Keli was courteous. They both worked hard to help meet my needs and provide expert customer service. This is why I decided to continue our needs with StoreEase. Thank you for being so helpful and kind.

In retrospect of my first post, noted below in quotes” and first giving one star due to the renting options, only being able to rent one at a time and not multiple before checking out. In addition to not being able to access account once completed, my option and rating has now changed due to my wonderful coordinator, Lee Ellen.

Ms. Lee Ellen was able to correct all issues with my sign up and account access immediately. Not only that we were in constant communication the whole time I Traveled to obtain the items that needed to go in storage immediately. And if anybody was worrying about the virtual management and not having a rep on site, you can read yourself of those thoughts. I found the virtual management is extremely better Fan having to walk around and find a rep or manager that already helping three other people and having to wait 30 minutes. With Lee Ellen, questions, answers, unlocking doors and holding my section door open while moving items into the storage unit was a breeze. Again handled with the upmost kindness, caring and professionalism that you just do not run across these days. I’m grateful for the use of the facilities and helpful staff Of StoreEase, My rating and opinion has completely changed to a five star program!

The whole experience of storing with StorEase was simple and convenient. Signup was quick and easy, the people we interacted with via video were knowledgeable and very friendly. Access was very easy. After we were done with the unit and turned it back in, Sparks even called to confirm the closure. If we have the need to store again, we’ll use them.

I am impressed with StoreEase's customer service design. When needed you can get a service rep on a large screen and talk directly face-to-face. And they must have an excellent instructional training program because the young man I spoke with today, Taleed, was very courteous, patient , and completely informed about the workings of sign-up and gaining access to storage units. A pleasure to work with.

Virtual Manager, Baylee provided exceptional customer service. She was extremely patient with all the questions I had to ensure I got the right unit to fit our needs. After getting everything set up, I had to make an immediate change. She said, “no worries.” Again, she provided great service and got me all taken care of. Thanks you Baylee!
