I gotta say these are the best storage owners I've ever dealt with. If it wasnt for them I'd done lost all my belongings inside so many times. They work with you completely. I have had him for a very long time and they have been more then helpful with me. My storage lock was even cut off and they put one on there for me and when I got there they gave me a really good one to put back on. I wouldnt never wanna use no one else. Yes there are rodents but what can he do about that.

This is a very unprofessional and unreliable business. We have rented from them for several years, and the previous owner was wonderful. The new owners also own Pasquales Pizza, and they do not care about the storage business at all. It is just extra cash for them. We have never been behind on our rent, but almost every time we go to our unit it has a lock on it like we have no paid. When we ask the owners, they are just like "yeah, you're right... you are paid in full, so our bad". And then they take their time unlocking it, and they never apologize for the inconvenience. And several times this has happened at a time when we really needed to access the unit (while moving), and it has cost us money. Yesterday was the last straw. Last week there was a lock on it, and we asked them to remove it because we are moving again and needed to access to the unit. Then yesterday we showed up, and thankfully the unit was not locked, BUT IT WAS INFESTED WITH RATS. We texted the owner and asked him what to do, because our stuff was getting ruined and all he said was "yeah, they have been bad this year. The whole building is probably infested. Maybe you should put out some poison". We will be taking our business elsewhere!

Great people great prices. I've used them once before and am using them now and they are great all around. The woman who took care of me was super personable professional and nice. I would recommend them by far above other companies in my area.
