Took 45 mins to unload half a trailer, overnight parking, across from docks

This freight broker made an error on the PO by not including a confirmation number. It took time to reach someone at the after hours number. By the time the broker supplied the number the trucker was past his 6 am appt and told he had to wait. He was given a door at 1120, was not off loaded until 1330. This trucker is being told he will not be paid for the 5 1/2 detention by the receiver. The broker's error caused a back haul to be missed. The brokerage isn't willing to pay for its error. Once again the guy that does all the work, takes all the risk, gets stepped on by the folks that make all the cash.... And you wonder why there's a truck driver shortage?

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANIES BROKERS!
I want to give it a ZERO but I can't so I give it a one. This is by FAR THE WORST experience I have had with a HORRIBLE BROKER!! The other two bad reviews are ACCURATE. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Unless you wan't to lose lots of time & MONEY, DO NOT USE!!! They will not pay you for their mistakes. They would rather lose carriers than to have to pay detention for their mistakes. Brokers do not care to work with you on resolution, but prefer to gaslight. DO NOT USE!

This brokerage is just a joke. Dont waste your time on them at all. The way they handle your shipment is the worst way possible to think. Stord freight is a team of irresponsible and helpless people. I would not even suggest this company to my worst enemy. Please stay away from them if you wanna save your time and money.
