If you buy your own lock make sure the round one. They could use a unit number listing on the ends of the rows so you know which one to take . Huge field next door so I'm hoping not to find mice. So far it's all good and a good price for the space.

The website and email both stated to not come between 1pm to 2:30 pm. The phone call said to not come between 1 to 2.
Showed up at 2:35 and the door had a sign that said they wouldn't be back until 3.
So we went down the street and used a different rental place. They lost business by not keeping their stated hours. Oh well.

What is crazy to me is that they don't have any carts on wheels that you can put trash in to throw trash away (like they do at recycling ctrs). You can't even put anything in their trash cans at all!!!!! It seems ridiculous to me because as you're moving and storing you may have trash n you don't want to have to store that in your car, also you would think that they would want you to have the opportunity to keep it as clean as you should!! Also the hours/days open are limited. In this day and age you think that they would do more for the people to make it more accessible and helpful. I was greatly disappointed!

Rats destroyed approximately 7k in property. Rat urine and rat poop completely covered 90% of my belongings. Rats ate through boxes, bags. Ate holes in clothes, electrical cords l, important work documents. Kids photos, certificates, passports and the list goes on. The managers allowed me to file a insurance claim which only overs a thousand dollars. I signed off on the check two months ago and wss told my check wsd mailed to me which 8was a lie. I have visited the perris location over twenty times in a month looking for answers, bit the site manager tells me repeatedly that his hands are tied. Corporate managers don't respond to phone calls. They owe me a thousand dollars but call me daily to remind me that my storage I still rent is in lien stadis as the debt rises daily. Go figure I've been owed money for two m9nths and the same company is adding late fees to my storage . I could use the money to atleast save my storage . . I was moved to a different storage unit when the rats destroyed the first unit. If I had of read the reviews before I rented a storage there I wouldn't have. I see thar several renters have had similar issues as mine. 2onths and counting and no one knows where my check is at. Please spare yourself the agony and never rent here people .

Channel was excellent she explained and answered all my questions on the phone and in person. I was quoted a certain amount on the phone. When I arrived to sign the contract the prices had gone up. Chanel honor the quoted phone price now that's accountability! Great job Channel! Wish you the best in Corona.
