I had a great experience here today. Tess greeted me cheerfully, guided me through the units available and clearly communicated about the aspects of the facility and pricing. I chatted her ear off, and she still managed to get through the sign up process efficiently. 🙂

Because of some changes happening with their online payment system, it was impossible to make my payment online. I went into the office instead of calling in my payment. Flor was very pleasant, friendly and professional, and made the in-office transaction easy.

While it is nice to pay online and take care of business, it is also worth dropping in the office now and again to make a human connection. Thanks again, Flor!
