The level of service here is top notch. AJ is a standout guy. Friendly , knowledgeable, and definitely goes above and beyond. Always see them onsite picking up trash and working hard to keep place clean. Any company should be so lucky to have people who truly care and it definitely shows here. Sent email as requested to resolve this matter. Never received a response so I assume the response was just for show, with no real intentions of resolving matter!
This place is disgusting. It is infested with mice/rats. All of my property was coated with feces and urine. The smell was awful! Thank God all of my belongings were in rubber
bins otherwise I would have had to throw it all away. They already cost me a new mattress and topper that I can never use due to the feces. You get what you pay for!

Carla was fabulous and really amazing customer service. Called me early to hold my reserved unit and even once upon me arriving noticed I needed more room she gave me a bigger unit as needed.
