The experience with them was great. The people are good. I haven’t had any problems with them. They help as much as they can. That’s why I always go back there seems safe. You never had a problem.

My experience was great ! The staff were very understanding and helpful. I always felt that my things were safe with storage sense. The only con I would say is the price of the storage unit increased 3 times while being a customer.

The staff has always performed genuine concerns for my situation. The grounds are easy to drive through with big trucks. Customer service are there to help you with all your needs. Management was very professional and helpful.

Customer service and staff member all good. The location, entrance, & exiting the property are not great. The friendly and pleasant customer service by Chris at Bryan's location make up for that though. Cindy at College Station great customer service as well, these two employees are definitely are assets to Storage Sense company.

My gate code didn’t work when I was trying to enter the facility for the first time. My unit was also dirty and didn’t have a sanitation tag at the time of move in.

They don’t deserve a star at all. Had our reservation and lease agreement email . Got to the facility they and they did not have a reservation for us. Said they had it down for a lead instead when we had the actual reservation number, unit number and paid. Terrible service and customer care. I do not recommend. Office manager was never there for 2 days to discuss.
