Price has doubled since the new company took over. Ive had a storage unit or two for 20 years and now from $89 to $209 for the same unit. Looking for a new place. Except for price hikes literally every 6 months they are good. No new benefits just hikes the price. These are not climate controlled either and sometimes lock you out during bad weather or power down.

Storage Sense was very clean and I liked it was climate controlled. All my belongings was in the storage for a year and no damage to anything. Paying the bill online was seemless and I had no issues. I would recommend to anyone needing a storage space!

This "corporation" has so many storage houses, they are TERRIBLE! They won't even waive a late fee. These are hard times, and for someone who makes minimal pay they are HEARTLESS !! They have billions. They never work with you. Go TO A SMALLER COMPANY. These people probably have TRILLIONS and heartless!!!!
