I went in to Storage King and was greeted by Sandra, the manager. What an awesome individual. Forthright, pleasant, knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with her. I cannot believe such an individual still exists. Most places I go lack in customer service skills and know close to nothing about their products or services. Sandra is a true asset to her company.

Manager was exceptionally helpful in securing my new unit and offered a variety of options in how to transfer my units. In the end I opted to keep both for now for simplicity’s sake but she definitely worked diligently to make this change seamless. Thank you very much!
