I used to store at Storage Etc in Chatsworth and now I'm here at their smaller location in Canoga park. Another great facility with great management. Dora is sweet and very helpful. Prices are a bit higher than Public Storage but I heard Public puts their prices up soon after you move in and access hours are not nearly as good as Etc. Yes there are rat traps everywhere but I've never seen one so they must be working. Storage places can attract rats if tenants store trash but the management seems to take it seriously and that's all I care about. It's a nice place and easy access until 9pm which is the best in the area as far as I can tell. Recommended.

My wife and I used Storage Etc a number of years ago and had as fine an experience as one could have using a storage facility. This past week, during a move, we returned to the facility and Dora was still there, remembered my name and grinned ear to ear, seeming happy to have us back! What an unexpected greeting from what is a typically just a dull transaction! From there, she set us up with a convenient unit, and helped us with the right price. I needed a large storage space fast, and Storage Etc. in Canoga Park was the obvious choice. I had compared it with another facility nearby and chose Storage Etc. even though it was a little more money each month. The facility is small, well laid out, and conveniently located. The individual units are super easy to access. The street it's on has only one lane in each direction and isn't busy - very easy to enter and exit. It's near Home Depot and Lowe's - I like that! I've met my "next-door neighbor" - a very friendly, helpful man. Every time I've been at the facility, Dora is tooling around in her golf cart and she knows me by name and asks how she can help. It actually feels like a community! Exceeds expectation.

I was across the street at public storage, which was good till they looked to increase the unit I was in 3 time in one year. I do not reward this type of behaver. I walked across the street to Store ECT. and got a one year contract and I am now moving to a larger unit for about what my increase at public storage.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, I found the whole process quite easy. Now I am moving my unit across the street to Storage Ect. They made it easy for me and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a storage space.
