I ordered a simple set of bolts for $25 after speaking with a representative on the phone she is A shored me that these were the correct items based on my description... I received the items and they were incorrect I called the company and asked if I could even get a store credit to purchase the correct items they told me it was nonreturnable. I was not told this on the phone conversation with the representative nor did I receive an email confirmation stating that this was a nonreturnable item.. I did not find out this was nonreturnable until the package arrived in the mail with the invoice. Horrible company to deal with very bad business practices beware ordering from this company . Order at your own risk.
