Needed short term storage for my daughter and the customer service (phone) was always so polite and helpful. Due to a hurricane they even worked with us on that since it wasn’t ours or their fault we got delayed moving out. Easy access and had shopping carts to help move smaller items. Photo is of unit space empty (they even supply a lock for use).

I like the prices of this facility but security is lackluster. We’ve been customers for over a year and the gate still doesn’t work.

I give them 2 stars because they do have a nice clean climate controlled building and I feel pretty safe while I'm alone in the building because I can kick it from the inside . But only 2 stars because after 5 days not only for you get a late fee but you also get a lock on your building. That is not acceptable when there are 7 days in a week. What if I get paid every 2 weeks . Ok might be paying late fees and locked out my building every month.
