Very nice storage facility with excellent steady pricing. My previous facility raised my rate twice in 6 months. Storage depot has not changed prices at all. I have a larger space for less money. Great place.

Decent place but they should repair the roadway. There are some giant potholes inside the facility.

The police also told me they have had several problems with stuff getting stolen here, but I really don't know if those are inside jobs or targeted thefts. I hope they put up plenty of cameras just in case.

I've had some stuff here for 10 years and never had any problems.

I purchased a unit online. When I got there it had someone else’s belongings in it. I talked to someone over the phone that was able to get me a new unit but this unit didn’t even have a latch. I’ve been calling trying to get a manger for almost 2 weeks for a refund but only getting remote representatives.

Absolute worst experience ever. My unit was broken into at least 3 times before I finally realized that I had lost every single pair of shoes that I had in my unit costing me over $2000. When I reported it to Storage Depot they couldn't even tell me if they have cameras or not and are taking me through this whole drawn out process involving a police report, investigation, and XYZ. I already know that I wont get my belongings or anything near their value in return. So take it from me, if you want your belongings to possibly be stolen (investigator said that there have been plenty of break in complaints in the past years) then go to this place. If you care about your items please take them to a facility with decent cameras and other suitable security measures!

NO STARS ..DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. The employees and third party companies are given access to units at any given time they want for personal gain on items in units. Claim monthly payments are missed even if payment receipts are provided to them. Denied gate access for months at a time for no reason. Employees are rude and are thieves. Prices increase every single month charge you a fee to pay your rent.Units are dirty and doors have gun shot holes. Publish units for online auction without informing the tenant at all. Claim to be American owned and operated. That’s an absolute lie. Worst facility to have ever used… DO NOT USE
