Customer Service is extremely kind and helpful. 5 stars for them. Albertville, Alabama Location. Not to their fault, the door we were trying to open had dead batteries in the keypad lock on our first day. We had to call customer service 4 times to try different codes over a period of 4 hours before we got access to our unit. The unit itself is sufficient. The only other complaint I have about the property is cleanliness. I understand stray animals are unavoidable, but we stepped in large amounts of fecal matter trying to get to our unit; therefore, we tracked feces into our unit without knowing and had to clean the floor later. That was a huge stress. I believe storage depot could improve assessing cleanliness on the property.

Stephanie was very helpful. The unit I rented was locked up and not as big as I needed, she helped me on a weekend on her off day. Got me moved to a larger unit right then with no problem and was very nice about it. This is my second unit with them, she’s worked with me with the other unit and I will continue to do business with her. Highly recommend
