I had an absolute amazing experience using Storage City Sheffield. The facility was very clean . My move in and move out was smooth . They always have somebody ready to pick up the phone and help which really meant a lot to me . Storage city will forever have my business if I need anything . So thankful for Natalie and Rebecca they helped so much even on Saturday and Sundays late afternoons . I’m so impressed how much they helped me with 3 different units . I shopped several storage places and storage city was the best I’ve seen on price and the level of respect they have for there customers. I’m impressed with my overall experience.

Storage City in Sheffield has been very easy to work with and great ease of access. I had trouble with my code on my first visit and had to call and get a temporary access code. Top notch customer service, stayed on the phone with me until I was able to access my unit. The online rental was easy & I like the billing reminder I receive via text each month.

Traveling through working on my boat was the perfect place and great price on storage. Clean, great condition, good concrete floors and waterproof. I knew my belongings were safe.
