Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Great introductory deals for first few months, and standard pricing seems very reasonable and competitive with anything around the SF area. All units are very accessible by car/van/truck. And although it does not have 24/7 access (which was not important to us), we were very satisfied with the level of security they have. Would highly recommend.

I got more than I was looking for at Stop n Stor.
From the moment I walked, Mario treated me like family.
He answered all my questions and concerns to make me feel very comfortable with my decision to rent from them.
Matt was great as well, answering a few extra questions I had.
Overall great experience, good rates and I'm happy to be renting from them.
Oh, and be sure to catch the yearly barbecue.

The units are fine but it’s the pricing and especially the incredible customer service that makes this place so much better than any of the other options in the area. It’s not often that a storage place stands out or delivers a positive experience, but this place really does. The staff(Mario especially) are amazing, eager to help and flexible. The storage itself is clean, well secured, and all ground level so there’s no stairs.

He arranged for the rental of the space, waited for the movers to arrive and communicated with me along the way. His management of the delivery of service is remarkable.
