They seem to make good products BUT their service is absolutely horrible. Their website had incorrect dimensions for the bag I ordered online, which meant it would not work for my needs, so I had to go thru their inefficient process to return the item and they took way longer than promised on their site to reply with a return authorization. Then they drug their feet on providing me with a prepaid label to return an item I would have never purchased if they had correct dimensions on their site. Once the refund showed up on my credit card I realized it was short but after emailing support I found out that they would not refund the shipping the item to me charges even after I again explained the order was placed only due to their incorrect bag dimensions on the website. So I had to waste more time disputing the missing portion of the purchase price thru my credit card company.

They have completely gone into the toilet with Element Case. I have been purchasing their cases for my iPhones for years. My wife and I must've purchased 6-7 of them. The latest for my iPhone X is a POS. The case stripped just trying to get the screws out brand new out of the box. No directions about needing to push the screws out the case from the back with the little tool until AFTER I complained. Then they provide extra directions. Too bad it was a little bit late. They take no responsibility. Perhaps they need mature customer service personnel instead of 20-something idiots. Tough luck for me. Used to be a great product. Now it is like a pile of dog poo. They lost my business and the 100's of people I referred to them.

Horrible company, I bought a $250 ops phone case. And cannot even return it unless i bought through Amazon. Horrible customer service. i thought i would purchase from other companies and spread my business around. Guess not in the future.

This is a horrible company and supposedly sell element cases. I bought one and it was never delivered and reached out to both the carrier and company and they did absolutely nothing! Stay away and order elsewhere!!
