Not a good company at all. The service manager is a Richard, the GM Mark is a liar. We had our vehicle serviced and they didn’t have our parts in, and I asked Mark if we were going to be charged another $200 deductible and he said no due to that they didn’t have our parts in for the warranty work so no, not at all. We brought in our vehicle when parts were in and held our vehicle hostage until we paid another $200. The service manager needs to learn that treating people as if he’s better than anyone else is not the way customer service is supposed to be. This is why people go down to the valley to buy and have their vehicles serviced. Save your money, your time, and your happiness and go to the valley. This dealership needs to be taken away from these people. And if it was done this easy to us, they’re more than willing to do it to you. Or at the least, fired.

Dishonest service department. I highly recommend avoiding this business at all costs. Worst experience I have ever had with a business, do not have your vehicle serviced here! I was charged for services that were not performed, sold my vehicle because I couldn’t afford to keep dumping money into it as it still wasn’t running right, and the next owner is a mechanic who goes through the vehicle and finds an absolute treasure chest of lies. Charged for rivets that weren’t installed, charged for seals and fluids that weren’t replaced or changed, mis diagnosed clock spring that was a simple fuse issue, fuel filter blowing off on the highway after leaving the dealership. The list goes on and on, I’m in shock about how they assumed I would never find out about this. And yes, I have photos and videos for evidence.

Purchased a 2020 Ford f150 4x4. Before purchasing, I noticed a small puddle of clear oil under the engine compartment. I made mention of it to the sales person and asked if she thought it was from this vehicle. Her remark was that if it was, not to worry about it, they would take care of it. I asked about extended service warranties as I was purchasing the vehicle as the sales manager made no mention of one, until I asked him. He then brought me all the information on warranties. He was pushing the top 10,000 dollar warranty and that if I purchased it then I could purchase it for 5,800 dollars. Told him I'd consider it, but pricey. So, around two to three weeks later, I see that clear oil leak on the driveway under the truck engine department again. As we had an unusual warm week, I turned on the AC in the truck. Nothing! The AC compressor wouldn't even turn on. What bothers me, is that when I called the sales manager, he said that I should have bought the extended warranty. This is a cop out, because this was obviously a previous problem that should of either been repaired or disclosure of said repair needed at time of purchasing vehicle. They either don't do their 120 point inspection or they are very incompetent. Or, they sold it knowing they had a bad AC compressor leaking that they just topped off with oil to sale the vehicle. I'm very disappointed with the transaction I had with Steve Coury Ford. By the way, I've driven it about 10 to 12 miles (driving it home from dealership) when I checked the engine oil and coolant the next day. 1/2 quart low on oil and coolant below minimum mark on recovery tank. BUYER BEWARE!!!

While on vacation our truck broke down and we had to replace it. We purchased a 2015, 250 Ford from Steve Coury Ford in Star Valley. We were ready to leave the dealership when we notice that the radio display did not work nor did the phone Bluetooth worked. Were told not to worry about it. They would take care of it. After calling them for six months they told us they would send us something off of Amazon that plug into the cigarette lighter plug and that would fix the problem. A dealership is only as good as the man who stands behind it. They promised they would fix it. That was their word and they broke that.

Took advantage of an elderly customer. Sold a vehicle claiming it all the same features as the one they previously had ... not even close. Now they are stuck with a hatchback vehicle they can't use the hatchback on. They don't the strength to pull it the hatch down if they could reach it! No power seat, no power hatch, no driver 1 driver 2 settings, no navigation, just to name a few. They sold a basic vehicle as a fully loaded vehicle to an elderly couple fully knowing what they had done.
No license was processed although it was 1. asked for, 2. conveyed to customer as completed.
AVOID this dealership.

Bobby at Steve Coury Ford took great care of us. Our Honda minivan had an issue and needed to be towed to Payson. Bobby coordinated the repair and kept up excellent communication. The service department did the work quickly and it cost way less than the Honda dealership where we live in Tempe. Can’t say enough good things about Steve Coury Ford’s service and Bobby’s performance.
