To start off the Quality Service is 5 stars times 2!!! Literally. The wait was literally under 1hr. The attention to detail to make sure the rig was properly secured. Cleanliness, professional,and courtesy! Not only did they tow my rig and trailer. The driver dropped me off at the nearest hotel/motel. What more could you ask for ?!! Wonderful guys to do business with! We was stranded on I-75 late in the evening and fortunately these guys came to our rescue! They towed both our truck and trailer in for us. Richard dropped our truck off at a dealership, helped us find a place to eat and spend the night. Brandon, Richard and another gentleman was all so nice and helpful, and I highly recommend you call them!!

Cannot say enough good things about Stephen Towing. Ricky the driver was great. We have a Tiffin Allegro Bus 40P and Ricky made sure he had the wheel lift tow so as not to damage our coach. He treated it like his own. Professional, friendly and took his time and answered all of our questions. Our coach arrived at the repair shop without a scratch on it.

This business is a refreshing bright spot in an industry that is filled with less-than-scrupulous actors. In my business, I've dealt with a lot of recovery yards, and Stephens Wrecker Services is the best by far.

We had an incident where our vehicles were on someone else's trailer that was in an accident. Brandon was extremely professional and helpful in recovering our cars from the yard. Most other recovery yards make it so difficult to get your property so they can rack up storage fees. Most others also add a list of ridiculous fees to what was a basic service. Stephens Wrecker Services didn't do that. They charged a fair amount for the services performed, and actually went above and beyond to help us get our vehicles out.

I hope I don't need to use a wrecker service again, but if I do, I hope it's Stephens Wrecker Services. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs service in their area.

2hrs from Home. my Husband's Truck broke down. Jk Moving services called up a couple companies who gave us the runaround with a 2-3hr window of when they could arrive. but we called Drew with Stephens wrecker service. not only was he able to get to the truck in 45 minutes. he kept us updated of his progress. He didn't have to do that but it shows how professional he is and the pride he takes in his work... Drew provided world class service! Class Act!
