I am a dispatcher and have recently started working with Max Visser, he has been a great Carrier account manager to work with! If you get a chance ask for him. He understands the logistic side coming from the trucks. You don't always get that in our industry!

Terrible people ..booked a load with Kay she said we had to fill out her new highway pack. she emailed the packed we filled it out within a minute and half, sent it back waited on rate con for thirty minutes called and she said she booked it out to someone who was already set up after she booked the load with us... Dirty Broker ...DON'T USE we were 30 mile in to location when we found out

When they call you 2 days after the load has been delivered asking if you made it on time. And you tell them it’s been at least 48 hours…. And ask if the tracking wasn’t working and they accuse you of having an attitude LOL. Get real.

Carriers do not book a load with these people, they will report your company to carrier 411, this was my first reefer load with them. My associates that are carriers are no longer booking loads with them either.
