Not a good place to deliver to. VERY slow check in...5 to 10 minutes per driver and they take their own drivers ahead of everybody as they come in. Also there's no signs to tell you where to park so naturally you see the sign on shipping door and stop there. Well after you've waited in line for 10 minutes someone will come out and tell you to move your truck forward past the dumpster. So you have to get out of line and move your truck and start over. So park past the dumpster to begin with and bring your driver's license in with you. Expect that process to take 15 to 30 minutes.
Once you get a door, they make the trucks disconnect from the trailers. It's a narrow lot so it's not easy to back in with the trucks disconnected. Archaic processes. They should have someone lock your trailer with a glad hand lock. But they probably don't even know what those are.
Best advice I can give you is put your log book in sleeper mode the minute you pull in. You're gonna be here for a while. Use the 2nd entrance for check in. There's overnight parking on the street if the Pilot is full, which it always is. Good luck!

This is a great place to get loaded. They're pretty fast. I showed up an hour and 15 minutes early for my appointment and they put me in the dock right away. 3 drivers showed up all about the same time, and they knocked us out about 30 minutes per trailer.
The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is there are no restrooms, and you cannot leave to walk down to the gas station to use one, or they will not load you.

Diffucult to get near the guard shack. Park on street, try not to block anyone. Park in middle of street, walk somewhat a long way to check in. Some doors more difficult than others, not a lot of room but be careful and it can be done. Not a lot of time unloading. Just getting in is the problem. Nice people there.

I read the other reviews and was ready for hell. However i had a 6:30 am appointment, checked in a 6:15 am and was unloaded and had my bills by 7:40am. The manager and fork truck driver were extremely helpful, fast and pleasant. I wasn't the only truck in and out within 2 hours either while i was there. Get there on time. If you're late you'll be fit in.

0 stars if I could! Had driver show up yesterday evening for a pick up, checked in and told to drop trailer in door and disconnect. Driver asked to use restroom (stomach issues) and was told no restroom on site and was instructed by lady that checked him in to use the restroom at the circle K down the street. So driver attempted to leave and was yelled at by forklift operator and told he couldn't leave. Said if he left he wouldn't be loaded. So driver asked how long to get loaded and forklift operator said "3-4 hrs, however long it takes him to load it". So driver went back into check in with operator in tow and they apparently couldn't accommodate a driver needing to use the restroom. So driver was then told by forklift operator if he left don't come back, so driver left and went home. I'm appalled at how my driver was treated, I mean u can't even accommodate by offering a bathroom. Truckers r not animals! Treat us with some fing dignity

Appt was at 1700, but being the driver I am I always call customer to see if its possible to get loaded earlier seeing that they closed at 1800 as per app. I was able to get rescheduled to 1400 and was told to arrive at 1330 the earliest. Did as I was told and received a door, was loaded and out by 1430. I was surprised because basing myself off the reviews I was a bit frantic. I will say its a bit tight of a docking area if there are other trucks in doors as well. Drivers when pulling in please don’t block the way and be considerate of others. You MUST have a CLEAN trailer snd 2 LOAD LOCKS/STRAPS. NO PUBLIC RR and obviously it took one BAD apple to ruin it for the rest. Great job States Logisitics great experience for 1st time at your location.

I deliver over here and it was easy no problem about being early for drop off. If need to use the restroom do it before you get here or make sure you have bottles on hand or lady's your trash can and get rid of it at the pilot 😉.
