4:45p PU appt, I arrived at 4:20p & got a door immediately. Slide tandems, disconnect & pull forward. Took 30mins to load me. When you arrive, park along the dropped trailers across the dock doors and go to shipping office to check in. Do the same after you’re loaded to check out. Plenty of space & super fast loading.

The check in assistant at the counter was extremely helpful and quite nice.
Not a norm at these types of companies.

Picked up a load here on 2/28/25 checked in at 12:25 for a 1pm appointment got door immediately was loaded and on my way in 50 minutes staff was super nice and on the ball wish I could load here every time I’m in the area!!!!!

Office girl so nice ,I am 2 hour early ,they give me door right way .put paper work in bag ,put back of your trailer once get on dock ,they start unloading ,huge place ,easy backing up ,slide tandem, disconnect, just wait very fast fuu load 20 min.so nice

Very lazy check-in stuff. Check in is 20 min per driver, always minimum of 5 ppl in line. If your more than 30 min before your appointment they will not check, you in. They put the paperwork on the back after loading and you go AGAIN in the office to print you BOL . You have to slide and unhook the trailer. Loading itself is fast.

Checked in at 6:00am, got the door right away and checked out at 6:30am. Great service and clean restrooms

I have seen some goofy stuff in my career, the gate situation gets the award for dumbest thing i have seen.
Drove to the entrance... entrance has a big sign saying to use Durango street. Durango has no access and no signs for States Log.
Circling around puts you on a "No Trucks" street.
Circling around ALSO gives you nothing new.
I finally got rescued by Jose the manager on shipping desk who came after me on my second time on durango in his pick-up truck.
Aparently a guard is supposed to watch for trucks and flag them down at the main gate.
WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE IS THIS?!
SERIOUSLY WTH.
Giving 3 stars because Jose is my hero. It's not his fault.
