This is by far my favorite location to come to(I travel 20 min)simply because of the cashier, Charles. Every time I come in he’s happy and helpful. As someone that has worked in retail management, his customer service is top notch and I also appreciate his professionalism because I forgot an item and I said I would get it but he offered to grab it instead. He always sparks up conversation with me while also being efficient with my order. I’ve noticed not only is his customer service fantastic with me but with other customers.They will wait in a long line just to see him. Overall he’s just fantastic and this location is very lucky to have him on staff.

Worst service manager did not care that his cashier employees didn’t know proper information. Wanted a bouquet of flowers was told they don’t offer. Then per manager they do and didn’t care wrong information was received spoke with Fernando Cuevas. No apology no fix no nothing no care in world to horrid unreliable customer service

The other day I bought a Fujisan sushi from here and it was frozen and the worker also took away the cart while it was in use and there was a homeless person on drugs dancing in the middle of the store even tho there’s security so yeah it was eventful

this cake was really adorable. My only complaint is the deli stuff was really rude to my boyfriend and I as they skipped us when you're obviously next and then made us wait for a really long time to the point where we just walked away I've never experienced that at the store before but I thought it was really rude and professional

Do some shopping during the morning hours next to my school. Everyone has been pleasant and courteous. And it's had everything I needed.
