Somedays the lines are long to check in some days they're not serious usually they do great getting you in and out. 15 mph speed limit on the property

Attached their late delivery policy.

The lumper service only accept T-Check/EFS/ Comodata and cash. No card / Zella/ Relay Code.

Please prepare enough cash.

Just as posts state this place is extremely tight. They put trucks in every other door so it is very doable to get backed in. I sat in my truck in line about an hour before I got to the front. Walked in to check in, was told just grab any door and come back and let them know which one I was in. Walked out, and the guy directing traffic said door 16. I backed in went in and told them. Was leaving about an hour later.

This place is slow. Takes forever to get them to take plate off trailer to give a green light. The employees need to remember that drivers like us have more deliveries to make. I see this place like all places have mixed reviews. Just be prepared either way.

These reviews are spot on. They give you a door at the gate and then you have to wait in long line to get checked in the office. Once your checked in they take about 2hrs before they start unloading... which also takes hrs for just a few pallets..
checked in 6:20am for a 6:30 appt

Checkin at 6:00am for 6:30am appointment at guard shack,then stand in line for 3hrs to submit paperwork inside,get door at 12:00 and get empty at 17:30pm they took 11hrs to unload me.They leave the trash in your trailer.Never coming back to this place again.

This is the worst facility i have ever seen this lady took one hour to review one paper please give her some other work she is taking it too long to review. Please assign some quick guys to window.
We checked in 6:30 and 8:30 see took the paper and take another 30 minutes to review seriously.

If u r going here to unload, don't go in before 0600, and pack a lunch cause unloading just 9 pallets they charged me for restack of 4 pallets when I had pics of all pallets standing not shifted in any way, and it still took then 5.5 hours to get me my papers. As for the guard shack, friendly as a wet cat.very bed service gaurd is very rurdlie behavior that inside long line wating time 3 hr
