Outstanding job people are nice and friendly My appointment was at 1:30 PM and they let me get in a dock 127 People in the office very nice and polite no overnight parking however, you have two huge truck stops less than a half a mile of this premises. It takes only 35 minutes to unload one more time. Awesome job.

Literally a bad shipper and receiver for owner operators. Donot take these loads. The owner let them get about 4 diffent hour breaks and shift change. People are lazy and will try to make you wait for next shift. I been here since 3:24p.m it is now 7 p.m. I had to cancel 2 pick ups because they didn't even start unloading yet. Bad for business

Had a delivery here, and it was my first time at this facility. Stopped at guard shack as signage instructed. Guard just sat there staring at nothing. I thought maybe she was on the computer, so I sat there patiently. After 5 minutes passed, I tapped the horn. She turned to me, waved her arm and yelled "GO!!!"
I said go where? I've never been here before.
She instructed me to go to a door that when I got to it, of course already had a trailer docked.
She is the absolute worst, and makes a horrible first impression for any driver trying to pick up/deliver.

Offloading is fast. My load was on floor.... done in 1.5 hr. No overnight parking available. Pilot truck stop almost front of this location but most of time is full if you come after 8pm. Need license to check in at gaurdhouse. Lots of room for backup.

Easy in and out less than 1hr. No overnight parking allowed. Take u in 30 to 45 min before your appointment time. Lots of room for backing. All nice ppl. Check in with security.... need id

Giant lot, should never have trouble backing, big sign at entrance can't miss it.

Company said load was ready at 1000, Staples said come back at 0100 the next day, it was ready at 0430.
