I got here at 6am 30 minutes before my delivery time. When I checked in at 6:15 the receiving lady said I needed to have a BOL with their address on it. So I called and had one sent to her email within 30 minutes. DONE! I go back in and asked if she got it. She said yes, and that I should wait out in truck for someone to get me for a door. I did. Around 8:20 I go back in to see what was taking so long, and she was on break. I waited there for her return. When she returned she said she did not receive the email. Then after 30 minutes on the phone to get to the bottom of what’s going on, the email was sent in a timely matter. They verified it was sent to her before 7am. I go back in just before 9am and told her they sent the email long ago. She then looks on her computer and said “Oh, I just received it now” I know she received it long ago. She also has me sign in after this complaint at 9am but I got there at 6:20. I have faith in the Lord Almighty. I know she will suffer her karma of what she put me through today with her lies and lack of care. It’s her job. She seems unfocused and willing to lie on documents to cover her mistakes. She already had the time filled out for 9am when she decided to have me sign in. KARMA Jesus is coming for you. You sin like that at a placed named after his mother? How dare you? This is what review sections are for. COMPLAINTS.

I wasted my gas and I don’t mean the drive down there I mean the amount of time I sat in my car. Longest line ever for what. For onions that’s all they gave me onions and couple of veggies. Also they don’t put the veggies in bags just throw them in your trunk so unless you get out check after them you will get home to mashed up veggies and dirty. If want a food box where you might make a meal for your family this is not the place. It’s so crazy this company is so proud of themselves. you should have seen boxes they were giving people none of it made sense. And they giving out food that’s going bad as well. So crazy that’s this is helping the community. And last comment every single employee there was rude.

Today I volunteered at St Mary's and really enjoyed being there. I felt I made a difference in the two hours that I was there. I made boxes for the emergency food box, FYI if it's your first time you will want to wear long sleeves and gloves. The lady that I worked across from was very nice and guided me thru the process. Thank you

This place has quality food and offerings Daily for everyone. The staff at st. Mary's Food Bank is diligent and on point with all their operations. Their work slow is smooth and they'll get you in and out quickly whether you're driving through or walking up. Beware there might be a little much to carry... but looking on the bright side there is no reason for anyone to go hungry. Bring your ID for boxes of food or you'll get like 3 bags if you don't have ID.

If you're vegetarian, please come this is the place for you. They give you nothing . I had a car of 4 mothers giving them a ride not one was happy about the experience. So the lady that had our car wants to yell wow they have 4 families in 1 vehicle can we do that ?! Uhhh 🙄 I'm sure or why would they have us line up.... thennnn they proceeded to tell us not to Lyft the trunk we'd have to park and get out and pack it in our selves.... I'm in a truck . Of course they get out to grab the items . Absolutely no meat. Lots of cabbage and I mean lots. Tomatoes onions potatoes and eggplant and breads but not any meat . I knowwwwwwwww this place receives way more donations than vegetables but I guess they keep the good stuff for themselves.

Volunteer your time, sessions are only 2 to 3 hrs, no heavy-lifting, not dirty or grimey work, bring your kids to build next generation of community giving, very rewarding and much appreciated. Dress comfortably of course, just must wear closed-toe shoes (PS no Crocs tho, as it turns out). Make it a friends 'n family group, or organize through work / school. Great cameradarie and team building opportunity too. Its well organized, staff is helpful, no one's judging performance lol, any contribution is important!
