Had issues with local distributer in Florida, Nebraska Ave Div. They won't return calls and are rude. One decent salesman gave us Corp. number. Called Corp twice left message and no return call, emailed twice and nothing. It appears local distributors follow the lead of corporate. Not how Home Depot runs their side.

This is a review for corporate. I miss the people working here. It was enjoyable. (I was just happy to be there and wanted a future and they could have cared less). Unfortunately, this company will hire heavy and layoff in mass every year before bonuses and benefits hit. I never had a manager, or a plan of action, very silo working environment; All leadership positions graduated from the same school or have ties to that one school (toxic!?), terrible mental experience. Advice to everyone: get or find yourself a good manager, especially if you have a family you are responsible for.

I applied for a position here June 4th and heard back from their recruiter Shahista Aijaz (possibly with Heritage Recruiting?) on June 18th. I had set up an interview for the following week on the 24th. She was 10 minutes late and called me another candidate's name. We finished the interview with her saying she will get me an answer Friday. Not once did she follow up or respond to my emails despite setting the expectation of providing an answer the same week. Very unprofessional to ghost an interested candidate for a new position. The whole ordeal was almost (4) weeks of the role not being filled. Sad for the company that they didn't fill the position in that time.

These guys are professional knowledgeable and they have a great selection of products to choose from(shingle metal tile you name it). What sets them apart is a level of service thats unmatched in the industry from what Ive seen. My rep is Johnny Rangel contact him... my experience relates to working directly with him.

My company was approved and had an account with SRS Distribution. This is my company first time going through a Distribution. My assistant called one of the local Superior Distribution ( Fayetteville) and spoke with Angela. From the beginning Angela was rude. My guess, she must have woke up on the wrong side this morning. My assistant then went to explain how we just got approved with SRS and needed to know how to purchase product from them. Angela then advise her to contact corporate because she could not find my company IF-REACHOUT. So, I decided to give corporate a call myself. When speaking to corporate, the representative were very polite and helpful once I explained to them what was the issue with Angela at Superior Distribution. I was giving the account number and was told to reach back out to Angela. I call Superior Distribution spoke with Angela and she stated it still shows no account because our application was not approved. She then went on to say that my company seems suspicious and to have corporate to give her a call. I did just that. shortly afterwards, R.Miller from SRS Distribution corporate now contact me advising me that what my company asked for on the credit application is not enough $6,780.00 and that IF-REACHOUT was not found no where in the Business Credit system. He went to say that my company show as being only 20 days old. How is that? This company has been open since 2019. Not to mention, the company was just approved. This falls strictly under Discriminations. I have always been a pride business owner and have never felt so embarrass. I think SRS Distribution and Superior Distribution needs to seriously reevaluate the people they are hiring.
Just to be clear, IF-REACHOUT MARKETING ASSOICATES LLC is not a scam by any means!
IF-REACHOUT just merged with a few roofing companies and contractors that we currently marketing for. We just launch a program that allow approved clients to get an inhouse financing on for the small to mid size project. I Guess we will stick with Beacon Building Products.

Customer service is horrible. Been paying on my account and making steps to pay it off. Try and get a hold of them to discuss paying things off and get some answers. Then they never get back to you.

(Edit: After working through Crown C Supply, I was finally able to get my account straightened out. However, SRS still was not able to return my phone calls or deal with me directly..
I have gone to Crown C Supply for 14 years. I will still continue to go Crown C only because of my loyalty to them. But SRS really has made things difficult in dealings with them.

Terrible company. If you want to work here just know they will use you up, make empty promises then lay you off at the end of the year before bonuses hit. All snakes in the grass from the top to the branch managers. Way better jobs out there.
