my all-around experience was rated five from the beginning with JEFF FROST our sales representative, Joel the installer and his assistant, and the communication of when they would arrive and that they were here just very thorough. Joel and his assistant was amazing. They took their time. They were very neat and tidy, courteous, professional, friendly, and various and very helpful. I was over the top pleased with the whole experience from Spencer from the purchase of my item to the delivery and install.. They are truly focused on customer satisfaction. Nothing was rushed, they took their time, they explained and gave good direction. Hats off Spencer’s Appliances my subzero drawers experience was truly over the top.

The delivery people were really nice. It was difficult getting it through my house. It's a refrigerator fit and they did a really good job. The salesman was also very nice. Even though I had a tough order to fill, he found something that would work at a reasonable price. Okay

All my appliances were 17 years old, time for replacing before they stop working!!
I went to Spencer’s looking for refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove and also got a washer and dryer because they were so well priced!! I wanted American made Whirlpool, they had them all. Delivered on the day that worked best for my schedule, the delivery guys were wonderful!!!

What a wonderful experience with Spencers. Terrance was wonderful. He was very helpful not only as a sales man but to also setup the installation of my appliances. Josh was amazing. He was very detailed and helpful listened to what I wanted. As a result he made everything work and make everything look wonderful, he satisfied my expectations. John Price and Madison helped us find the unit that fit perfectly and worked with us to make sure the right model was delivered and installed in time for Christmas.
