I paid for the fuel upfront and they didn’t deliver it on time. I then phoned up the emergency line as may alarm came on and I still didn’t get a delivery and now my systems run dry

Speedy Fuels recently decided we were not eligible to purchase red diesel despite arboricultural being clearly allowed to use this. Colin Thompson is their manager in charge apparently.

Anyone in arb or forestry steer well clear - speedy are not upto date on UK fuel laws.

Superb service from start to finish. I have used Speedy Fuels in the past and they again gave the best price per litre so repeat custom. The order was quickly processed in a friendly fashion and delivery was promised within 3 working days. I received a call on the third day that the order would be with me in approximately 20 minutes. Tank was promptly filled by a most friendly and helpful guy by called Chris Jones who was a great representative for his company. Thank you Speedy Fuels.

Had a delivery today. Driver was excellent went above and beyond. Three times I told company when I ordered and twice more we needed a small attachment for our inlet pipe, needless to say he hadn't been told so with our permission he ran pipe through our terraced house and into tank. Again he was brilliant.
