Been here a few times and other than the criminals running the lumper service, it's always been a good experience. $575 for 23 pallets. EVERY time I come, I somehow have the max # of pinwheeled, damaged, up and down stack pallets that they can charge for. Drivers, take pics of your load and make them show you where the problem was! I'm company, and until the big companies start holding places like this accountable they'll keep extorting from us. No overnight parking. Porta-potty on-site. Don't come more than 30 minutes early or you may get turned around. This would be 4 stars without the crooks unloading.

Arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes early for an 11pm appointment. Unloading was completed by midnight, and I had my paperwork in hand by 1am. No lumper fee. I was back home by 2am. I got one of the easiest doors to back into this time, but I’m giving 4 stars because I’ve been here before and know that not all doors are that simple. Overall, a smooth experience.

I’ve been in trucking for several years now and this is the first time I’ve felt the NEED to leave a review. Stay clear of this place !!!!! My appointment was 11 pm but I showed up at 6 hoping to unload early. They don’t open receiving till 8 so I was cool with that. They let me in at 8 pm and I got into a door. I had 7 pallets and it took them 2 hours to unload me. It’s 11:11 pm right now and I’m still waiting on my paper work. I could list more things I hate about this place but I think you get it. Don’t come here !!!

This 🤡 company is a joke. Had a 10pm and got a door at 11pm. They didn't start until after 1:30 am and I had frozen stuff. Got the green light at 3am and paid 390.00 lumper fee. It's almost 5am and still waiting for the paperwork. I definitely won't be back here again

They are pretty ok, for a night time receiver. The staging and backing is a mess. This is due to drivers staging too far forward across from dock doors so be ready to test your backing skills. Have them 4 stars because I was able to walk my dog in the large grass field near the gate and I got some good sleep while getting unloaded. Everyone was friendly and the checkin process was easy

AVOID! If I could apply zero stars, I would. Everything about this unload has been tedious and unnecessary. They have signs posted stating that if you park along the street outside the fence you risk getting a ticket. The first thing they tell you when you check in is that there is not enough space inside the facility and you have to park on the street at your own risk and wait for them to call you for a dock door. Once you pay your lumper fee for waiting an enormous amount of time for the unload you then have to wait for them to confirm that you did indeed pay the lumper fee. A great while later, you should receive a text stating you can come and pick up your paperwork. I arrived at 9 PM for a 9 PM appointment. I am still waiting for my text at 3:30 AM. As I previously stated if at all possible, avoid this place.

These are the holes you have to get around to dock your trailer if you bring in a freezer load.
It's ridiculous here..
Seriously, fix your parking lot
No one should bring freezer loads and then maybe they'd fix this BS
The lumper service guy was just plain rude and disrespectful...my appt was at 2100 ..never got a door til after midnight

One very bad place. Arrive at gate at least 1 hour early. Takes 30 to 40 minutes to get thru the gate. Then sit inside for 30 or 40 more after you check in again on there phone site. If more than an hour late they will tell you to leave and reschedule. Will take 3 to 4 days to get it rescheduled.. then when you arrive. They will charge an extra 500 as a penalty for you being rescheduled. They have the most expensive lumpers anywhere I have ever delivered. 195 to unload 14 pallets 5 needed stack down but other 9 were straight pulls. Should have been 75 at most.. so load is not worth pulling. Avoid this freight if you can. Or at least double the rate You're pulling it for..
