I highly recommend Steve and Southwind Storage. He was so great about letting me know my options and preparing me with information that helped me get the U-haul Truck and car carrier I needed. He was so helpful and pleasant to communicate with in regards to the details for my long distance move to Ohio. A big thank you to Steve for making the process easy, affordable and personable. I was treated like a person and not just a business transaction. I contacted him several times, needing information and he was always attentive and helpful. So very much appreciated!

Great storage facility! They took care of our Toys For Tots program when we didn’t have a place to store our inventory. Easy to work with very clean facilities and easy to access any time we needed to. We appreciate everything they did for us this season and 100% recommend them for your storage or U-Haul needs.

Collin summer and warm in winter. Clean, carts available and super friendly. I thought the fees were super reasonable for climate controlled storage but we completed our move and didn’t have a need to continue our unit.

On-site manager was extremely knowledgeable about the entire operation of the facilities. Highly professional and very helpful. He even offered to meet with our delivery driver to show them the units to unload to in the event we were not available to meet with them. Facility itself is top of the line. Excellent security, access and climate control. Highly recommended.

We are loving Southwind Storage, Steve has been extremely helpful in so many ways. Upon searching for a storage unit, he showed us several units and explained what we needed to know.

Steve then helped us arrange for a Uhaul truck and get it scheduled for us, a bonus since we were 8 hours away!

The day I arrived with a trailer load, Steve helped me with one heavy item since I was alone... Before moving my stuff in, he blew out the fine dust in an already clean unit.

Outstanding service provided, he is a one man Team!

After driving a 26 foot U-Haul from Albuquerque, New Mexico to Mountainhome. Got it unloaded and took it down to the U-Haul, which is run by Steve. Fantastic experience. Him and his shadow Bud went above and beyond to take care of me after I found out that I was unable to get a ride to the Rent-A-Car company. First class experience and I would highly recommend whether you’re dropping off or picking up. Thomas W.

Never thought I'd be a little sad about canceling a storage unit but here we are. Facility is excellent and the on site manager is phenomenal and I always felt my belongings were safe from theft, pests, and mold. And took care of the community when several people lost their homes to the tornado. Couldn't recommend more.
