Very clean and well lit storage facility. Everyone that I interacted with was very friendly and professional. Although I moved out today, I would definitely use them again and refer to family and friends.

Nice units, at one point they kept carts to haul your stuff in with. Couldn't find them last time I was there probably stolen but If not then it's an awesome feature to the unit. This was a bill that always slipped my mind at the 1st but the people were super cool and didn't hassle me ever about it (they usually call by the 5th if its not paid). I've called these people when google says they are closed and they answer. I had a little 5x10 for like 70 a week, I would of been more comfortable around 50 for that size unit but I get it. I would use them again and again if needed.

Location is great and everything is kept pretty clean. Getting units are easy to do online. However, please note this is NOT a 24hr access facility. I had to find this out the hard way, which really put a significant wrinkle in our already long day of moving out of my house. Their website and Google both list this location as 24hr access and I was never told otherwise when renting. Supposedly, they haven't been 24hrs in 2 years. That's a long time to not update your website or Google.

On an unrelated note: I have multiple units and paid ahead on my first unit. Now, if I want to pay online, I'm prompted to pay for ALL of my units, not just the ones that are not paid as far ahead as my initial unit. There is no option to pick and choose which units I pay on. It's all or nothing. Hopefully, I can pay over the phone or in person on just the units I need and not all of them.

The Manager is always friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean, well lit and they provide a large cart to load & transport to/from your car. i never worry about bugs or rodents in your items. I set up automatic payments online & receive confirmations & reminders when paid. I highly recommend and am leaving only because I moved.

We got a climate controlled unit, and when I went to move everything out after about half a year, all of our stuff was still clean, same condition I put it in as, and there were no bugs or other critters inside the unit. Very clean, no issues with the staff! Loved everything about the storage unit!

Been using them for over a year and never had any issues. Had to get a larger unit and they took good care of me getting the new unit processed and closing the existing unit. highly recommend

This is the BEST storage from customer service to no worries of anything. I have rented long term and if they were doing work on the facility you are informed. So we lost the key to my lock and Claire took care of it. She had the lock cut cheap may I had and put a replacement and sent me code until I could get there with a new lock. When I pay each month I go online and can pay without worry of being late or taking off to go by office. The rates are great no worries about theft or bugs or stuff ruining from leaks. If you need a storage I recommend this place. Someone will always answer your call

Very disappointed! No staff is ever available to help assist customers. Poor instructions provided for first time customers.

I paid for 2 months and forfeited those funds due to the lack and poor customer service. DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR STORAGE NEEDS.

I appreciate your response; however the information you’re noting is incongruent to the events that occurred. Yes I purchased the unit using your online platform AFTER I visited the site on 3 different occasions to be met with the same signage stating “staff was at the Searcy location”.

I never received a call after purchasing the unit. I initially attempted to access the unit the week of the 13th (there was a delay to this attempt due to the snow storm we experienced the week prior to this). Prior to my access attempt I did not have any questions. My attempt to access the unit using the info provided to me via email was unsuccessful due to poor instructions. I called multiple times during this time with no response. I want to note I visited the site 2x after my initial attempt and as stated before no one was ever on site.

I expressed the above to Clair, who finally responded after I “text” the number I was provided stating my dissatisfaction.

In your efforts to improve concerns for future patrons please assure all the above is acknowledged.
