Very unprofessional people working here. They don’t know the importance of time of truckers. After 14 hrs wait my truck was loaded.

Not a whole lot of room for staging to wait for a door. Appointment was at 1 pm checked in at 11 got door close to 12 loading was 7 and a half hours waiting for paperwork about 20 minutes

Had a 7pm appointment, arrived at 5pm and checked in. Midnight the next night I finally got loaded. Nice people working here but they were a day and a half behind on loading. They could at least let brokers know to tell the trucks to not be there until the next day. Don’t go here if you can help it.

1 star is way too much for them. Worst place to pick up load. Had a 5 pm appointment. Got there at 4 pm. Took them 21 hours to load me. Companies like these don’t deserve to exist in the 21st century. If you are reading the review don’t waste your time don’t go to this place.

Got here in time for 5pm appt only to find that they somehow don't have my appointment in system. Tag team with broker for 45 minutes. Then the lady finally says they will work me in. Well I feel asleep waiting so long to be worked in. At 3am I wake up and see no trucks in docks so I go back to office to see what's up. Oh they have a door for me now. Part of me wonders if I didn't wake up and go back in, how much longer I would've been sitting there. Got loaded at 5am.. 2 stars for overnight parking

Got here turned in paperwork make sure u take a pen. One driver at a time allowed in the building… COVID-19 safety! Check in pretty quick and a door in 20 minutes. Not bad at all. Got loaded in like 1 hour 30 minutes. Plus side got to see the trains 👍

I arrived the night before my appointment, with 8 pallets. 8 small pallets and i was informed they’re waiting on a late truck and refused to unload me even though they’re waiting on a late truck then going home... UNBELIEVABLE
So i had edit my review the information above this line is for everyone other than Deonia & the forklift driver who unloaded me this these 2 people get 10 ⭐️
