horrible company to work with, their drivers are rude and disrespectful not to mention that they like to not deliver the orders in full in addition to that you call and they never answer they phone calls. never do business with them.

The worst. Liquor distributing company like horrible is not even the best word to describe this company they love to play countless games and act dumb just for them to come pick up items you didn’t request and when they deliver stuff you didn’t get they will still leave it on the invoice to pay for it and when you requesting for pick up or credit for stuff you didn’t receive they will act stupid and slow to it like this don’t understand for almost a month now is like I am going back and fourth with different rep about the same thing and is like a new request for them. Terrible

Too many issues with this company. I am not talking about one or two incidents. They make a lot of mistakes. What makes it worse, is even when you bring it up to the management, it doesn't change anything.
I tried to place an order with them on Thursday, but they said they can not since my account is delinquent. I checked with all other companies, to find out that we do not owe anyone.
I called Southern Glazer today to let them know about my findings. Then their sale's person, told me that there is an invoice of $279 of some product that never was delivered to me, nor I ordered, and he needs to talk to their accounting to give me a credit for that $279.
It is very crazy dealing with them!

Worst Distributor ever in the State of MD! However with that said there sales people don’t care about what’s going on and expect you to do your own orders on there platform and they can’t deliver on time and during the busiest times like Christmas, New Years and 4th of July I was out of all of there products and they didn’t deliver my order or nor did the sales people check up on us. There competitors Breakthru and RNDC deliver to my establishment on time twice a week Tuesdays and Thursdays and sometimes Fridays during increased volume activity and both competitors have the best sales people! Southern is the absolute worst and I recommend that they stop signing contracts with all of these different suppliers because they can’t even handle what they already have!

As a store owner, running business for long time and dealing with a lot of distributors I believe this company is by far better than the other distributor s. They are very flexible on their delivery schedule and engaging salesmen. This is from 15+ years experience dealing with most of them.
