Had a great time with Rolf on our flight. He gave a great tour and the flight overall was super smooth. The Misty Fjords were beautiful and we even got a chance to land on the water for a bit to enjoy the view and see the mountains up close. We also got a chance to see some mountain goats too! Would recommend Rolf and this tour to anyone looking to take a flight in Ketchikan.

One of the best experiences I've had! If your looking for and excursion with your cruise I highly recommend these guys! They are fun, knowledgeable, wonderful pilots. I had Ken as the pilot for our excursion. He was very knowledgeable about the area, he pointed out animals quickly so we could see them and was able to give us all so much information on the different landmarks, terrains and animals in the area. We were lucky enough to go up early in the morning and get an amazing view of the clouds reflecting in the water. We saw 3 or 4 black bear and loads of mountains goats. And we had a great, peaceful landing in a little lake with some seals close by! Highly recommend!

This was our favorite excursion on our cruise. The van ride to the harbor was less than five minutes, our pilot Rolf was fantastic, we were in the air for 90 minutes!!!, couldn’t believe the amazing scenery we saw, and we even landed on a mountain lake, only accessible by seaplane.

Had an excellent experience with Rolf flying around in the Misty Fjords. Rolf gave us some great history, geography, and aviation facts throughout the flight. He also landed in a glacier lake and we got to climb out of the plane and marvel at the beauty around us.

We had a fantastic flight on 5/23rd.

It was my our 20th wedding anniversary and wanted to do something special while our cruise ship was in port.

Southeast Aviation did not disappoint.

Experiencing the Mystic Fjords was magical and the pilot’s knowledge of the area and it’s history made it even more so. This experience made us fall in love with the beauty of Alaska even more and was by far our favorite excursion done on our cruise.

Looking forward to our next trip to Ketchikan so we can book a flight with Southeast Aviation.

Jim and the team at Southeast Aviation are exceptional. We had an unforgettable trip to Misty Fjords and thier knowledge of that area is unparalleled lled. Our pilot Rolf made our trip extra special and went to great lengths to make sure we got to see things most operators would have flown right past. We honestly cant recommend these folks highly enough. Whether you want to visit Misty Fjords or see the bears in Anan Creek — these are the people to fly with.
