I am so pleased with the service here. I had to leave a review. This was literally a one stop shop. I was able to print, get a live scan , get a passport photo and same day fedex delivery in less than 30minutes. I am beyond grateful for the service and support of Frances, Ruben and Andrew. As an online seller, naturally I have A LOT of packages to drop off, so before, I used to have to make several different stops at FEDEX, UPS & USPS! Now I just come here for EVERYTHING!! The staff is so friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable! That’s why I’m a regular here. I buy shipping supplies here, ship out my items and even got my passport photo taken here! Fantastic service! I hired them to pick something up for me that had to be picked up a certain day and time or else it would be forfeit. I had been burned doing this before by another company (see my review of UPS Store #4010) so I was a bit nervous. I was waiting for them to open the day of the pickup to call and remind them about it when I got a phone call from South Gate Pack N Ship telling me the stuff had already been picked up! It shipped later that day. 180 glass items weighing 120 pounds shipped ground and absolutely nothing was damaged! They definitely live up to the reviews!

It's the first time I use this location and it's my new go to place for shipping. I was doing a purchase return and the seller paid for the shipping. I assumed they would charge an extra handling fee when I dropped of my box however, they didn't charge me a dime. They took my box, sealed it with tape and gave me a receipt with a tracking #. The Fed Ex truck showed up at 5pm and took my package. Then, the seller emailed me that they had received my package and did a full refund. Excellent and reliable service! I recommend it.
