DON'T USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been using South Florida Courier for almost 15 years on a steady basis to pick up and deliver all of my photography mail to schools from Homestead to Port St. Lucie. Three weeks ago they supposedly delivered a package to Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School (the school that the 17 people were killed on February 14th). They did not get the persons name typed or written. Only a scribble-scrabble of a signature. Now school is out and the package is nowhere to be found and now 43 students are without their J.R.O.T.C. Military photograph packages. All I asked the owner, Ochoa, Gonzalo was to reimburse me $138.17 so that I could reprint them. He started ranting about that he has no insurance and that the $6 he charges won't cover them. All he wanted to do is give me credit for the $6 delivery fee. Then he hit a new low telling me that he doesn't need or want any of my business anymore.
