Amazing team. I called and talked to Amaya. She was super helpful and nice. I was interested in a climate control unit upstairs. She took the initiative to call the onsite manager Jayden who reserved it for us. When I went to see the unit Jayden was also very helpful and nice. Highly recommend them.

This storage facility has awesome customer service personal. Very clean. And they have a policy that when you rent a storage unit, the price is the locked in price for one year instead like some other companies that do price increases every few months. I am getting a unit that is almost double the space I have at another storage facility for $40 cheaper than the one I have now. If you are around this location. This is definitely the first place you should look at.

I had a fantastic experience with SorrentoMesa self storage. The entire place was spotless and well-lit, and I felt very secure knowing there were cameras and gated access. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, who went above and beyond to find me the perfect unit size. I highly recommend this facility!

Update:
The staffs can give all the favorable terms prior to getting your contract and then you will get all the nonsense after they got you

1. I had a valid proof of renters insurance covering my rental period and sent this to them but somehow they did not have it as a record on their end. I showed them my coverage period was valid and they still charged me for their own insurance because “they did not have it” - and they never called me to get this missing document or confirm - and this is how they work - they don’t communicate and just charge customers - they are not willing to work with them
2. Proration. - when I initially signed a contract with them, one of their employees told me that I can prorate and rent for days < a month after being on a monthly bill. For my last month, I did not have to rent for a full month so I asked to rent only for the days that I needed and of course they changed the words, saying that it was miscommunicated - being able to prorate and move out in the middle of the month was one of the reasons why I decided to go with them despite this storage unit having limitations on access hours. And they did not apologize or try to resolve what they miscommunicated but forced me to pay for a full month. 3. Lack of communication and forcing customers to pay continues - I moved a way before my lease due date and forgot to take the lock with me - if they notified on my “move out date” on record, then I would have reacted appropriately and resolve the issue. But they contacted me two days later saying that since the lock is still there, they will charge me - well couldnt you have let me know instead of waiting two days to get a valid excuse to charge me more? They find a way to charge you. Be careful. The storage unit condition itself is still good - kept clean and cool. but i realized that non 24hr access becomes very challenging for customers.

The storage we have rented for about 5 years and we have experienced no problems at all. We are actually upgrading to a larger one as we begin toofoffload assets we have accumulated over the years. We are retired and looking forward to enjoying our hard earned retirement
