Great business! I sometimes use this place multiple times a week. I like it more than just going to UPS store because they provide the best options whether its UPS or FedEx. I’ve always been pleased with the service received here.

Setting up a mailbox was super easy. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable. Secure, easy & convenient access to your mailbox 24/7. Great place to mail & ship items as well. Lots of business services available to make owning a small business less of a hassle. I would highly suggest using them over a post office box.

I just now tried to drop off a wayfair return with QR code to print out fedex label and employee said we don’t do that you will have to go to their main FedEx shipping store that’s just Just lazy. Went across the street to cvs and took 5 minutes.

Customer service is rock solid. I arrived at exactly closing time (hoping I could sneak in)

The manager (Kiera) was incredibly professional.

I needed an official government document signed and notarized. She walked me through the required steps with a smile. The process was a breeze!! I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Highly recommend!

It appears that they took my package and never scanned it in for FedEx, and there is a possibility of it being lost. It's been missing now for 7 days. Currently, I'm filing a complaint with corporate to investigate and track down.
