I have had many meals and taken many classes here. The food is really solid and everyone who works at Soho House is really kind and it's a great place to hang out.

Went here for a meeting with someone who is a member. I was just a guest.
The place was super clean and free of clutter. The food at lunchtime was fantastic, and the service was friendly and quick despite being pretty busy. Cocktails and a few local beers available.
There were a few different spaces that I noticed where people could either relax, or chat on couches with friends or business associates, or sit at tables for laptop use as needed.

Very cool space. Nice staff and membership. Has lots of unrealized potential. Service is poor due to employees regularly not showing up for work. Rooftop bar is often closed due to staffing shortages. Let's hope things change for the better.

A well curated crowd, discerning menu, tasty drinks, and gorgeous interiors - a perfect spot that finally brought to Portland some of that European flair, NYC drive, with the West Coast charm! Can’t wait to see the rooftop pool when it’s complete.

Home away from home. Staff is next level excellent, awesome meeting other members, hosting/attending events is so much fun, and the pool cabanas are a summer must. 10 stars.

I just had to share my experience and interaction with an employee at Soho house, Portland, OR. Her name is Laine M., and she said she is the Reception Supervisor. I called to inquire about a possible membership and to get some basic information about the house. She stopped what she was doing and politely/professionally took the time to answer all of my questions in detail that I had and I really appreciated it. I find there is a real lack of customer service out there these days and I was lucky to find it in this employee!!! Although I am not a member yet, I thank Laine for her kind demeanor today.

What has been going on with this place? Last few months, they only have one person working the floor (the blonde dude who kicks ass) and service is so extremely painfully slow sometimes we don't get served. It used to be a little better when the upstairs was open but thats shut down too. Now there is a sewer smell happening. They need to hire more people to serve. Lots of people working in the dining when no one is there.

Mediocre wait service, not up to the standards of the company. If you have time to have full conversations with fellow employees you have guests who are sitting without drinks or food for extended periods of time. Designers did a great job on the interiors, hopefully service will soon reflect the quality of the company but they are not there yet.
