Booking and paying for the space was a breeze thanks to Laura! Facilities area and space is both clean and safe, lights were through motion sensors. Dolly was always available and people were generally well-mannered & friendly (If you meet anyone at all).

If you’re looking for storage, this is the ideal spot. The staff is super friendly, and getting around the facility is a breeze, even if your unit is on the second floor. The entire place is immaculate, and carts are always available on every level. Laura is an incredible asset to the team—she’s responsive, helpful, and a true pleasure to work with. Plus, the use of the free moving truck was amazing!

The epitome of what you want and need in a storage situation. I not only met with Laura in person but had to talk with her many times over the phone as I had to acquire multiple units fast. Not only did she walk me to various ones but she also helped move my date on which I had to move in. This place is without a doubt the only place I’d ever store my valuables. Quality is everything here and I am beyond thrilled with the extremely high value and quality experience I’ve received. I’d highly recommend you look no further as this is the place. Easy all the way 'round. Laura and her team always made it easy to get in and out and cleanliness was perfect. While we just needed a place to keep boxes, we don't need the hassles of finding carts, dealing with poor parking, broken gates, etc. Thankfully those issues were never, ever issues. We will be back without a doubt.

Wonderfully accommodating and incredible customer service. Previous storage space wasn’t working out. Found SoCal Self Storage online and was immediately placed in a properly priced unit. Additionally, Laura was able to provide a complimentary moving truck for the day. Was able to transfer everything to SoCal in the same day without any overlap, saving me a ton. Highly recommend this place! Organized, clean, and tucked away. Thankful to have found them.

Extremely secure, clean and super easy to use facility! We have been customers of SoCal Self Storage for years now and are extremely happy with them. The facility is kept extremely clean, has very easy access to the unit, very generous hours of operation and carts are always available to use for moving things between your car and your storage unit. Laura the office manager is just outstanding! She has worked with us over the years helping us find the best storage unit for our ever changing needs (we have moved into many different size units). She has excellent follow up and responds immediately every time we have left messages during non-working hours. I can count on her when I need a response or assistance, which is very important to me. We have dealt with many other storage facilities and this is by far the best....I would recommend them to anyone!
